At the present, through the Vietnam Airlines’ Agent system, customers flying on VASCO’s flight can buy tickets at more than 2000 global agent.
E-ticket is considered a convenient and modernest form of transaction in air-transport service. In the coming time, VASCO will continue improving and completing service delivery process to increase the satisfaction for customers using this service.
