In 19th January evening, VASCO organized the closing ceremony and customer conference 2009 at Tan Son Nhat restaurant – HCMC. On this occasion, VASCO evaluated all results in last year as well as expressed his gratitude to higher authorities, partners, especially customers – important factors has contributed VASCO’s success.
In this ceremony, Mr Bui Ngoc Hoang – VASCO’s director – reported typical results in 2009 of VASCO. In one year with so much difficulties happened to the economy and aviation, with his effort, VASCO has maintained his business activities, completed well all targets in 2009 plan, quantity of transported passengers increases 20% compared to the plan. Total revenue increases 23% compared to the plan. Because of these achievements, VASCO has received 2009 reward of Vietnam Airlines and is suggested to received 3rd medal of State.
In the end of his speech, on behalf of managers and staffs, Mr Hoang expressed his gratitude to higher authorities, partners, especially domestic and international customers of VASCO.
